Choose your vintage telephone and book your date. We'll deliver it at least two days before your event. Place it wherever you'd like and let your guests leave messages. Return it using the prepaid label provided. We'll professionally prepare your recordings and send you the MP3 files. You can also upgrade to a USB drive or custom vinyl record.

Yes. Every telephone in our collection is an original vintage model, carefully sourced across France and restored by hand.
Setup
Setup takes just a minute. Simply connect the supplied battery pack, place the phone wherever you'd like, and it's ready to record.
No. Our phones work completely offline and don't require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or a telephone line.
The battery lasts 18 hours. If your event is over multiple days, you can simply recharge the battery pack to use again.
We recommend choosing a visible spot where guests can hear the greeting message. The best rule is it is quiet enough for the guests to hear the greeting message and not too close to the DJ booth!
Yes. You can move it to another location if needed — simply pick it up and place it wherever works best. It will be ready to use straight away.
Every hire includes a hand made instruction sign with simple, easy-to-follow directions.
No. Your guests can leave as many recordings as they like, and you'll receive every message afterwards.
Absolutely. We'll contact you before your event to help you record a personalised welcome message.

Yes. We're covered by French Responsabilité Civile Professionnelle (RC Pro) insurance and can provide proof of cover if your venue requests it.
Booking
Popular dates book up quickly, so we recommend reserving your phone as early as possible. If you want to book less than 10 days before your event, please get in touch and we will see if we can accommodate you.
Your hire lasts around four days. The phone arrives at least two days before your event and should be returned on the first working day afterwards.
Yes. We deliver throughout France and can also help with destination weddings. Get in touch for a personalised quote.
Of course. Our Franco-British team regularly works with couples travelling to France. If you don't have a French delivery address, contact us and we'll help arrange your booking.
Our online booking calendar is currently set up for Friday, Saturday and Sunday events. If your celebration falls earlier in the week, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Yes. Audio guestbooks make a wonderful gift. Simply book using your details and we'll organise the personalised greeting with you.
More than 60 days before your event: Full refund. Within 60 days of your event: No refund. If your date changes, we'll happily transfer your booking, subject to availability. If we're unable to fulfil your booking, you'll receive a full refund.
After Your Event
Simply place the phone back in its original box, attach the prepaid return label, and post it on the first working day after your event.
Please return your phone on the first working day following your event. For example, if your wedding is on Saturday, post it back on Monday.
We'll email your MP3 recordings within 1–2 working days of receiving your phone.
USB drives are dispatched within approximately one week.
Custom vinyl records are produced within around two weeks after you approve your audio. Each record holds up to 40 minutes of recordings. If your voicemails exceed 40 minutes, we will work with you to select your favourite messages.
No. You'll receive every voicemail left by your guests. We will only remove recordings that contain hate speech or abusive content.
We securely store your recordings for six months before permanently deleting them. If you'd prefer them to be deleted sooner, just let us know.
Yes. You can order a custom vinyl record at any time within six months of your event.
Yes. If you'd prefer a physical copy, we can deliver your edited recordings on a high quality USB stick alongside your digital files.
