Returning the phone is simple. A prepaid returns label is included with your delivery — just repack the phone in its original box, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest collection point. The phone should be returned within two days of your event.
Guests simply pick up the handset, listen to your recorded greeting, leave their message after the tone, and hang up. Every recording is safely stored for you to enjoy after your event.

Yes. Before your event, we'll guide you through recording a short welcome message that guests will hear when they pick up the handset. It's a lovely personal touch and takes just a couple of minutes to set up.
No. The phone works on its own and doesn't require Wi-Fi or a telephone line.
No. Simply plug it into a standard mains socket and it's ready to use.
Yes. You can unplug it and move it to another location if needed. Once plugged back in, allow a couple of minutes for it to restart before using it again.
Choose a spot that's easy for guests to find but away from loud music. A quieter corner usually gives the best recordings.
No. The phone has enough storage to record well over 100 hours of messages, which is more than enough for any celebration.

Yes. Your messages can be professionally pressed onto a high quality vinyl record, creating a unique keepsake to enjoy for years to come.
Your recordings will be edited, cleaned up, and delivered to you digitally within seven to ten working days of the phone being returned. We'll send you a private link so you can listen, download, and share them at your leisure.
Yes. If you'd prefer a physical copy, we can deliver your edited recordings on a high quality USB stick alongside your digital files. It makes a lovely keepsake in its own right, and is a great option if you're also ordering a vinyl record.
Yes. If your venue requires PAT testing certificates or proof of public liability insurance, we'll provide the documents you need.
